FAQ

The short answer is that it is part of my character & makes me happy!
The long answer is that I do believe where you are born does not define where you belong.
Your “home” might be on the other side of the world. And we are born to explore, learn, experience new cultures, and meet some incredible people.
That is where I find the joy, and sharing part of my travels and changing perspectives of people about certain destinations is my goal with what I deliver in front of your screens.

This is probably the most frequently asked question while I travel and also in the comments section of my videos.
I was born on the coast of the Caspian Sea in Baku, which is the capital city of Azerbaijan.
I have lived 18 years of my life in a very fast-growing city and then moved to Prague, Czech Republic for my studies.
For the next 9 years of my life, I spent in heart of Europe finalizing my studies and also working for 2 big American corporations. See my story here.

I love keeping things very simple.
This means I have only 3 electronics:
1) iPhone for photos, stories, and TikTok videos
2) MacBook Air to edit, write, and do planning
3) GoPro 10 Black which I use to record all the Youtube videos with no additional set up.
Choosing the destination is mostly about where my weak passport allows me to go rather than where I want to go. Being from a 3rd World country means you have to deal with lots of paperwork even to get into most touristy destinations.
Another factor to choose the country depends on how much the destination has been explored by the outside world. I choose to go places where I am welcomed, and appreciated rather than where is easy to go.
This means off-the-beaten-path countries are the most welcoming because not many people choose to visit their country.
You would be surprised to know I make minimum planning.
This means mostly I go with the flow, depending on who I meet, and what suggestions I get on the road.
It also means I do not know where I sleep the next night. Having no solid plan allows me to be more adventurous and welcome unexpected experiences with locals.
Of course, I always have a certain path where to start and where to finish, but what happens in between is a mystery. 🙂
I do this full-time now.
So it is not 2 weeks’ vacation twice a year but literally, I am on the road all the time.
That means I do not have rent, do not own a car, or home.
It also means all I have in my life is in my backpack, which is approximately 15 kilograms (33 lb.)
YouTube & FaceBook pays my bills, and very thankful to have the opportunity and living in this magical period of humankind!
Being a digital creator means you do not have standard income resources, some periods might be very well rewarding and some periods not be good at all.
But it is all part of the journey, in the end, I do what I love, making & saving money is the last priority.
